When Will My First Watch Ship?

We will ship out your first watch within 3 business days of signing up.

Customers in the USA will generally receive their watch within 5 business days after it has shipped.

For international shipments, please allow up 21 business days from the date you received your tracking for your watch to be delivered. Customs can sometimes create unexpected delays. If your watch was shipped with USPS and it’s been stuck for a number of days, check your tracking number with your country’s postal service (e.g. if you’re in Canada, search your tracking with the Canada Post). You can always check the status of your shipment under the Recent Shipments section of your Member Dashboard.

My Tracking Shows My Package Was Delivered, But It’s Not Here

We can only assist with any delivered / not received issues within 30 days of the item showing delivered. Please check with neighbors, roommates, or the side of the house, etc. Some carriers get experimental. We’ve had members reach back out saying they found their package in their garden (odd, but it’s true)! Due to the value of our items, additional paperwork may be required to fill out to file a claim.

My Tracking Hasn’t Updated In A Long Time

Domestic U.S.: This could be the result of many factors within the USPS network. Watch Gang has almost no control or information over a package once it’s out the door. However, reaching out directly to the USPS with your tracking number, you’ll be able to get more intel on where your package may be.

International: All of our international shipments are shipped via FedEx. It’s alway best to reach out to the carrier directly for updates as they have the most updated information. Due to the customs process, some watches may take longer than others to arrive and the tracking might not always update while it’s being processed by customs.
