Grails for Good is an opportunity for our community to attain a Grail timepiece or other prize while empowering the positivity of charitable giving. The prizes offered will benefit worthy causes as selected by Watch Gang Inc. Watch Gang Inc. allows almost everybody (please carefully review restrictions below) to enter a sweepstakes and have an equal chance of winning. There are legal protections for donors and, as with our other giveaways, Watch Gang Inc. always ensures our members know who won and how they won. If you’ve been a member for a while or are new to the Watch Gang community, please take a moment to read the rules and details of the Grails for Good sweepstakes and promotional campaigns below.

CAMPAIGNS MAY ALSO INCLUDE CAMPAIGN BONUSES THAT ARE GUARANTEED, IN ADDITION TO PRIZES THAT ARE REWARDED BY A RANDOM DRAWING. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER ANY SWEEPSTAKES.VOID WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
Grails for Good campaigns are organized with the assistance of our great partners. Watch Gang Inc. works directly with partners to provide never worn product and fundraise for charitable causes. Watch Gang Inc. works with individual charity organizations and sometimes multiple charity organizations. Our campaigns bring together charities and companies or special guests. who allow the use of their logo and name on Watch Gang Inc’s. online platform (our “Platform”). The prizes (“Prizes”) are for almost anybody (see restrictions below) to enter and win. 50% of the money raised goes to the selected charity or charities.
We may also offer certain guaranteed bonuses and incentives (“Gifts”). Bonuses are not part of the sweepstakes. The gifts are based on donations. You do not have to make a donation to a charity to enter the Grails for Good sweepstakes, but if you do, we will give you entries as a thank you.
Watch Gang Inc. offers different ways to enter a sweepstakes, and it’s very simple to do any of the methods of entry.
Visit store.watchgang.com/Grails-for-Good, choose the fundraising campaign you want to be involved in, and complete the registration form. Participating in this process enables exceptional charities to do amazing work. As a thank you, you get sweepstakes entries for every $1 you spend towards Grails for Good. We calculate entries in $0.50 increments.
To qualify for an entry in the Grails for Good event, you must first provide pertinent information by following the submission instructions found at this link. Click it and fill out the form before the deadline.
Watch Gang Points can also be used to enter Grails for Good campaigns. Just head on over to store.watchgang.com/Grails-for-Good and go to the campaign of choice to enter and, upon checking out, opt to use your Points already in your Watch Gang account.
In the Watch Gang community, everyone is equal, so we use a system to ensure all entries are treated equally. Each free entry is automatically assigned 1 entry (equivalent to the donation entries you get when you donate $0.50). Regardless of how you enter, including by donation, the maximum number of entries for any one person is restricted to 2,000 per person per campaign.
Watch Gang continues to ship watches to over 81 countries and counting, but not all of those countries support sweepstakes.This means that most campaigns are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, as well as most countries around the world, but they’re void in all countries on the United States list of embargoed countries, as well as in countries where local laws prohibit entry into sweepstakes. We also may have to limit certain campaigns to specific countries. If we do, you will not be able to enter and will be notified on the Grails for Good donation page.
Also, in the interest of fair play and transparency, full-time and part-time employees of Watch Gang, charity partners, or prize givers for the applicable campaign, and members of their households and immediate families (i.e., parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings, and children), are not eligible to enter. Additionally, any individual that uses a bot, software, or any other codes, instructions, or third-party software for the purpose of automatically entering into a sweepstakes (or multiple sweepstakes) or in any way that provides an unfair advantage over individuals that enter manually, will be disqualified from the sweepstakes they entered, including all future sweepstakes, at Watch Gang’s discretion.
On occasion, it may be deemed necessary to set limitations on how frequently someone can be eligible to win more than one Major or Minor prize within a specified time period. In those cases, a “Major” prize is one that has an approximate retail value of One Thousand United States Dollars ($1,000 USD) or more. A “Minor” prize is one that has an approximate retail value less than One Thousand United States Dollars $1,000 USD.
Last but not least, your country may allow you to enter a sweepstakes but not allow you to receive a certain Prize. It’s your responsibility to review any specific restrictions before claiming that Prize or making a donation.
In all cases, campaigns are void where prohibited by law.
This campaign begins on Thursday, June 23rd at 11:10:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Thursday, August 25th at 11:00:00 AM PT. Go to store.watchgang.com/Grails-for-Good and check out the start and end date for each campaign as listed on the campaign page.
Within 10 business days of a campaign close, Watch Gang will use an automated random drawing process to draw a potential winner(s) for that campaign. A confirmation process, which may include a background check, will then take place to ensure the potential winner meets the legal standards required and that no fraud has been committed in the process of entering. Winner agrees to cooperate fully with Watch Gang should we need to conduct any background check(s), which includes information possibly already provided to Watch Gang, as well as providing new or additional information requested by Watch Gang, including, but not limited to, full legal names and addresses. When a positive outcome of the confirmation process occurs, a Watch Gang representative will notify the potential winner via email and/or phone. The potential winner must respond within the time period designated in the notification, or Watch Gang may move on to another randomly drawn potential winner. Before confirming a potential winner as the winner, Watch Gang may require the potential winner to confirm their eligibility. Once completed, the potential winner must execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Watch Gang. If you do not execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Watch Gang, you will forfeit the Prize and Watch Gang will move on to another randomly drawn potential winner.
We describe each prize on the Grails for Good campaign page, as well as list if any special campaign rules that are applicable, including the approximate retail value for that prize. Look at the section called “Legal Terms & Conditions” for all the details.
The Watch Gang team works to provide the best prizes possible. Unless specified otherwise in the special campaign rules, prizes can’t be transferred or substituted, except that we can substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise specified in the special campaign rules, in the event that a portion of a prize goes unused, it may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
As with the Watch Gang Weekly giveaways, it is your responsibility to pay any taxes and you have to pay them. Watch Gang will provide a W9 form so you can make payment on the taxes you owe. All winners that receive a Prize with an approximate retail value of $600 or more will be issued a Form 1099.
By accepting the Prize, you agree that we can use your name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness, and Prize information to inform the community who won the Prize. This means Watch Gang can include you in advertising and promotional materials in any form of media (including media not yet known), and that we can do so without any additional compensation. This only applies unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Watch Gang is a great community, and our charity partners want you to be part of their community as well. This means when you enter a sweepstakes, we’ll collect some information about you. Check out our privacy policy at www.watchgang.com/privacy to see what we collect and how we use it. If you choose to enter a sweepstakes, you agree to our privacy policy. You can always choose not to enter, but we hope you do enter and enjoy doing some good in the process.

Watch Gang will announce the winner on watchgang.com, or you can send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Watch Gang Inc. c/o Winner List, 350 N. Glendale Ave., P.O. Box 216, Glendale, CA, 91206, no later than 30 days after the end date of a Grails for Good Go Time, and we’ll send you a list of the winner(s).
We love having you as part of the Grails for Good community and hope you will always be a part of the Gang, but if you don’t, you agree that any and all disputes and disagreements between us will be governed by laws of the State of California and you will bring any claims only in the Federal and State courts located in Los Angeles, California. You also agree that unless you are prohibited from law in doing so, you promise you will bring any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action against Watch Gang Inc. individually, without resort to any form of class action. Finally, unless the law prohibits you from doing so, you agree to waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Donations associated with the Grail for Good event is NOT Tax deductible.
